Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. You will receive another email once your order has been processed and shipped. All our products are shipped from Egypt. Your package will be delivered to the address you specified within 1-3 business days. If you do not receive your order please email us at support@twizzystore.com and one our support members will assist you.
Free Shipping only applies on orders that are accepted. For any order that is not accepted/refused, the full cost of shipping will need to be paid by the customer to the courier.
Customs
For orders inside Egypt, you will not be charged for any customs or taxes.

Cash On Delivery is avaiable as a payment option in Egypt.
